Jean: Blow power? I don't know. My biggest thing with the bass was that I had a little trouble with the upper ranges. And I was usually second or third chair clarinet in school. Of course, at Region band I was 14th chair. :P I don't do well at auditions. It's a good thing I'm in Music Ed.

Sara Lee: Yeah, I played on the school's instrument and the smell was horrid. I hate that wind instruments begin to break down the moment you start playing. Most of the book I had to read for my Private Applied Teaching class was about how to maintain my instrument so that I would get the most out of it.

@wings: linnea is a swedish name for the lime tree and the flowers that bloom on it... but i got the name from a series of books out called 'the tide trilogy' but then after that there are more books that take place on the same island, just different characters... anyways... the series takes place on a real island off the coast of maine (just the name was changed) and my favorite character, who was a dude, had a daughter and her name was Linnea... pronounced lin-ay-ah and the accent os over the e
