My mom's more of a Tex-Mex fan than I am. Too greasy for me, generally. xD

haha. I don't mind the grease, but I find that it isn't all that greasy.

If any of you have ever been to Austin, have you ever eaten at Chuey's?
It's Tex-Mex, and it is the BEST Tex-Mex you can find :drool:.

its in houston too and i didn't like it. they only serve enchiladas there. yuck!

All I can say for sure is that I do NOT recommend trying to get Tex-Mex here in Missouri. xD

I know...you can't get good Tex-Mex up north.
They don't know what it is or how to make it.

Also, I found out that you can't go to Mexico and get food that you'll like, if you're used to Tex-Mex.

I didn't like the decor. I was very pissed off when I went though. I hate the sauce that's on enchiladas and burritos.
I like real mexican food. I know a guy from mexico and his mom makes some great food!

You can't go to Cheuy's and expect Mexican food.
