I have this really pretty red hair dye, but I'm not sure if I'm willing to bleach my hair or not, and the red probably won't turn out good if I don't.

I love dying my hair. It's addicting. But I don't do it a lot, because I don't want to kill my hair.

@bl00dy: Depends on the color of your hair. Is it the color red, or red hair? If its the color red, then depending on your hair color you may want to bleach it first. If it's red hair, then look on the box for the shade you want, and if you want it redder, bleach your hair.

my hair is brown, kinda dark brown too. It'll lighten up some over the summer, but still, i don't think brown hair dyes well. My hair turns kinda red on it's own over the summer, but not as bright of a read as my hair dye.

I just don't wanna bleach my hair because if the color fades I'll be a blonde. I don't think blonde would look very good on me lol. I've never dyed my hair before, so I'm kinda scared.

I kinda want light brown highlights, I may get some eventually.

blonde streaks look pretty good in brown hair. i dunno if i wanna dye my hair or not, i don't want to damage it any more than i already do with my hair straightener. haha. my poor hair.

@ bl00d: Ont he box it should have what shade of red your hair will turn out. If the color fades and you can afford it, maybe dye it back to your original color. I got this hair repair suff since I blowdry my hair everyday.

@First: My sister helps me. I got highlights done, but you couldn't really tell. Then I died my bangs blue, but it looked blue green (mainly cuz I didn't bleach it first) and then I bleached the underside of my hair. I liked the color, so I decided to bleach the rest of it.

@Xx_IwIshIwasafIsh_xX: It is a really pretty bright red, but it doesn't show what it would be if I don't bleach my hair. it comes with bleach though, I am just kinda wary about the whole bleaching thing, but yeh I could just dye my hair back to it's original color if it fades, I may see if my mom will help me dye my hair soon. I use this thermal protection spray from tresemme. So far I have yet to get split ends, so I guess it's working!

Haha when I was younger I used to want blue streaks in my hair.

i've never dyed my hair and i kinda don't want to, mostly because i'm almost positive i'd look horrible with anything but black but also because i don't want to destroy my hair.
