Try eating foods rich in Magnesium and Vitamin B-complex.

Heating pads work pretty well, too. Cramps are caused by blood clots, so breaking up the clots is the best way to relieve the pain. Taking an aspirin might help, too.

cramps arn't blod clots.
It's the Uterous retracting to get rid of hte blood lining.....had so many freaking sex ed classes I think I have some of hte information memorized.....
