I used to live in Texas, and I think it's a southern thing (the cornbread soaked in it and eaten with a spoon). xD I had to drink a lot of buttermilk before I liked it -- it's a really acquired taste, and it's hella gross beforehand. >> It's good for you, though, and now it's my comfort drink. |D
