Gelato isn't -too- bad for you, at least not compared to ice cream. I love black cherry gelato, it's my favorite.

I'm not really on a diet (although I should be).
I just consider it cheating to eat highly fatty or sugary foods.

Gelato is Italian ice cream. It's delicious. I think the difference is that it's made with milk instead of heavy cream.

French potato? Never heard of that... No it's a different process. They churn it differently. It's healthier for you, but I can't remember why. I'll have to ask my Mom when she comes home. I'm sure she'll remember.
