I do still need her help to create the bouquets, so that won't work. If she says something that I don't like I'll try to ignore it and let my day go on uninterrupted.

that may be your best bet. Regardless, do what you can to not let it get to you... it's just not worth it and it's not worht the effect it will have on your wedding...
