I was too scared to touch the rays. D: My dad scared the crap out of me with stories of sting rays, and I was scared that I was going to get stinged, haha.

Hey guess what? The summer semester hasn't even started and I finished week one's assignments for two out of three classes! I would of done the third class but the dagnabbit instructor hasn't put their class stuff up on on the blackboard yet. :< |

They cut the tails, teehee.
The only frightening part is when you lower your hand with a little squid to feed them. They hover right over your hand and suck it up, so your hand comes with it. And when you're little, you think they're going to suck up your hand and gobble it up! So it's a little scary, but not enough to keep you from doing it over and over again. They were so friendly and content. My father has a way with animals; you know those people? Well, the dolphins are in that open pool and you can purchase a container of small fish to feed them. Most people hold the fish out and hope a dolphin will come close enough so that they can pet them. More often than not they end up sort of tossing it in the water or getting a little scared and dumping all the fish. And there are seagulls that swoop down to steal the fish if you don't watch. Well, my father dips his hand in the water and all the dolphins swim over to where he's standing. Even as a little girl I thought it was the strangest thing. Everyone thought he was a trainer because they were bumping his hand and making those little clicking noises. So we all got to pet the dolphins that day. |

Nice! My mom hates animals, period. xD; And my dad isn't too interested in them. I remember once I saw a dad dangle his little son over the manta ray pool. The poor kid was flailing and screaming, and the dad was laughing. @[email protected] @Izumi: I see, thanks! :3 How are you today? |
I'm feeling a bit better. I've been having sinus pain lately and been taking lots of over the counter pain meds and sudafed to try and get rid of it. :/
