Well, Mene has been all but dead for about two and a half months. Hopefully this even will bring people back.

Yeah, I hope so too~ During Mene droughts, I'm at a loss for websites to go to. It just seems that everyone is more active and friendly during events and such.

@Alaunt: I'm not surprised. TinierMe has gotten pretty aggressive with their advertising in the last two months, I find. XD

@Gee: ... I'm.... not sure which avatar site is best. :O They're all so different, and have their own bonuses.

It's true i usually am my most active during events and suck, but thats just coz so many other people jump on as well and you can actually chat and have fun instead of waiting for hours for a reply.

@Alaunt: It's an avatar site... It's been around for a while, but they've just started kicking things up a notch to get people interested. The visual appeal is simplistic. Vector-based flash. But there's a lot of possibilities already. I've cosplayed as Captain Kuro from One Piece, Mad Hatter of Wonderland, and Alexander Anderson of Hellsing on there.

@Gee - Yep. Whenever I can - It's fun to see beloved characters in a different style. I try to quest for items I think I could use.... For here, I think I'll see if I can fix up a Dr. Herbert West from Re-animator. Hrm.... Sometimes I do original characters, but I'd rather draw them than avvie-fy 'em.

@Ald - Most places don't. My school had blocked all sites labed/tagged as "game sites" . . . Mene wasn't blocked. But Gaia was. :D

i think it's coz Mene isn't listed as a gameing site it's listed are a community site or something O.o
