Yeah. So...anyone ever make their own trail mix? I'm building a list and looking for suggestions. Mainly it's for me to munch on during work so I don't eat chips or other nasty greasy stuff... The recipe I've built is mainly dried fruit. Anyone else know of good stuff to toss in there, either health or flavor wise?

I don't really like dried fruit. It's not as good for you anyway as people say it is.

I like pretzels, Chex and almonds in my trail mix! Along with other few things.

Dried banana and apple slices are all I've got. :P Tastiest combination, I think.

I quite like the gold system on here too. But, y'know, I'm quite lucky with their Daily Chance...

My sister just bought a bag of dried bananas for her field trip tomorrow. The calories, fat (poly, mono, etc), cholesterol, ...all high levels. And it is name brand stuff. The store brand was even worse.

I mostly just don't like it though because it's too sweet for me. I guess it depends on the type of dried fruit it is though. ...but I just don't really like fruit period. I am more of a vegetable person.

i only go on gaia for my guild now, i dont bother with the rest of it gaia as it just doesn't interest me anymore, i'll stick with my guild mates, many of which have been friends with me for a while- it's the only way i can chat with them, sad but true
