When you go to hq and go to build you can exchange 10 seeds for the item. That's how I got it.

I think that's sarcasm because I get that message I did that at the beginning of the event and it wouldn't work if I gave it flowers and its gauge was full.

It would be nice if the mods who should be working on this would put up a quick 'yes we know there are problems and we're on it - eta xxx' in the FAQ thread. I see nothing official from the event mods about these glitches at all - just the Afrodonky 404 when I try to donate.
