If your looking for good books, I recommend:
Terrier by Tamora Pierce
Bloodhound by Tamora Pierce
Eighth Grade Bites by Heather Brewer
Eragon by Christopher Paolini
Allana: the first adventure by Tamora Pierce

Those are some off the top of my head

Hmm one of my favorite books was Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones (a fantasy novel). To me it was just funny and heart-felt, and the whole thing was just far more witty than I had expected it to be. I'm a pretty big fan of mysteries as well, so I could recommend a few of those if you would be interested. Oh! And the Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins. I'm such a book nerd, I just keep thinking of more and more :gonk:

Hello there ^_^!!! How is everyone? Hopefully the event is going fine for everyone...x3

There are quite a few books that I rather enjoyed. I've read World of Warcraft : Arthas Rise of the Lich King, and then World of Warcraft : Night of the Dragon, Warcraft : War of the Ancients ARCHIVE, Warcraft : Day of the Dragon, Warcraft : Lord of the Clans, Warcraft : The Last Guardian, Life of Pi, and A Tale of Two Cities.

As you can tell, I am a big fan of Warcraft...xD

@atkdid : yay...a warcraft fan. xD I finished most of the books, but there are quite a lot of other books that i haven't read yet. xD I plan to read them all once I get a job to pay for the books >.< xD

@ Deia : Ooh...that was also a good book. Pride and Prejudice, however, somewhat made me slightly confused but I figured it out after a while. xD

I think my dad has a few of the books...or maybe I'm just imagining things...

I've never read Pride and Prejudice but I'd like to!

I thought my thread died. D: But I'm glad it didn't. :D

@atkdid: I've watched the movie version of Howl's Moving Castle, I am told that the book is actually a lot different. What is your opinion on that? As for the Hunger Games, I enjoyed that series a lot. I didn't think I would, but I gave it a try and I was instantly addicted. I'm waiting for the final book the Mockingjay that comes out in August. I really can't wait, there were just so many plot twist, and I'm wondering who Katniss will end up with. What do you think?

@GoCloud!: My younger brother is a huge fan of Warcraft and has a few books, maybe I'll borrow them from him. Have you ever read Magic The Gathering?

@Deia: Oh I love Pride and Prejudice. <3

I think its pretty good. I'm not very far, but there's a zombie attack in the first chapter where all the girls have to defend the people at the ball. It seems a little forced to follow the original book, but I haven't read it in years.

Ha ha no but I heard of it before. I use to be really into twilight. Which is embarrassing to admit. But I'm a assuming that you can really poke fun at the series.

Was it good/better?

They're actually very easy to get through. The font/text is really big for a regular books. Maybe a 12 point size compared to a 10. I read the whole series within two days. I personally hated the second and fourth book, and found that they were the downfall of the series.

@atkdid : Hopefully he does...they are good books if you're into fantasy stuff like that. xD

@ Vye : Magic The Gathering? Nope. If it's from that series Magic, then I don't know anything about it. xD Though, if it's from Warcraft, I might've heard about it. It sounds kinda familiar for some reason @[email protected]

@Vye The book and the movie are quite different. I had watched the movie and thought it was cute so I picked up the book the next time I was at the library and found that I liked it waaaay more than the movie. The characters are a bit different in the book, and Howl is a bit of a different person. The book I think makes him a little more likable. Or at least understandable. Sophie is a different as well. I'd have to say I like the characters in the book more than those in the movie.

I was the same way with the Hunger Games! So many of my friends had read it and I figured I wouldn't be all that interested but I was totally sucked in! I'm not sure who she'll end up with but goodness gracious I hope it's Peeta xD

My parents bought it for me bacause my book collection was slowly filling up the other rooms of the house. They said and I quote "here put your books on that so we can at least navigate the house!" I guess I will be having a booksale later on!
