I didn't read a lot of books you guys did. I remember reading Animal Farm, Great Gatsby, Frankenstein, Heart of Darkness, Great Expectations, 1984...what else. *draws a blank*

I really disliked analyzing Heart of Darkness. >_> I mean REALLY disliked it...The teacher liked my essay on it though. Which really surprised me.

oh, 1984 waqs amazing! I want to read animal farm at some point. I read jeckle and hyde on my own and didnt like it much but I never read Frankenstein.

I've read most of those. 1984 is one of my favorite books EVER!!! I love it. Great Gatsby was great. Heart of Darkness was one of those books that i thought was awful as I was reading it but the more time I spent analyzing it the more I liked it. It was strange.

analyzing never makes me like a book I don't think anyways...

@Kat/Nicole: I competed in literary criticism. Had to read, analyze, and criticize a book of poems and a novel, and be able to write an essay to compete against others. It was fun...There were just some books that really got the fun sucked out of them with how much we had to rip them apart. @[email protected]
