it's really difficult to get the 07 EIs now, it took me over a year of saving and bidding in the GBA to get my Vday pin, and it's the only vday 07 item I have

That is true, it is the users who make the experiences great.

*giggles on the floor*

How you been today?

ToriKat 06-05-2010 08:38 AM

I was on Anitaria when someone mentioned Mene had opened about two weeks prior. I joined and got into the community fast. xD

Have a good night Zayden!

Aww, thanks Valen. xD I dunno, I think people don't even know who I am at times. 8D I like to leave my marks on the events though. *points to the artwork on the staff event thread banners* xD

LittleValen 06-05-2010 08:39 AM

@Tori: =D You have n-nice art.

I'm g-going to bed now... Bye bye everyone...! *waves and scampers out*

Sakura_Madison 06-05-2010 08:39 AM

@ ToriKat:

Yes, you do leave your artwork behind in the events. XD

Bye Valen!

slowtrain 06-05-2010 08:40 AM

@Sakura: xD
I've been alright
I spent the day mostly working on homework, then I went shopping for a bit and a bag and a book to help with my homework xD

----------

bye Valen

Sakura_Madison 06-05-2010 08:40 AM

@ slowtrain:

You have homework still?

Do you have summer break?

ToriKat 06-05-2010 08:41 AM

Have a good night Valen!

And thanks. xD<3

@slowtrain: When is the school year over for you?

slowtrain 06-05-2010 08:42 AM

I live in Australia and it's winter here at the moment
our school year starts in the end of February and finishes in September or November

but I only have a week until my semester break starts, but so much work to do before then

Syaoran_Li 06-05-2010 08:42 AM

I need to get some gears for this account. D;

Each of the team's HP is so low.

jupiter 06-05-2010 08:43 AM

That was when I joined. n___n
I remember that Valentine's day, and it was Lilithia and her partner that I chatted with the most. Then I took a small hiatus, and now I'm back.

Guess you guys do everything to adapt to the weather conditions down under.

ToriKat 06-05-2010 08:45 AM

@slowtrain: Ah, I see! I had no idea the school year ran during those months. *blinks* Wait, so you guys are off between September or November till February?

@Sakura: xD All I have is spanners so I can't really help to fix the machines...

@crane: I remember Lilithia. ^^ She was one of the people who welcomed me when I first joined Mene...haha, I guess back then it surprised me to see staff coming around and greeting newbies.

slowtrain 06-05-2010 08:47 AM

it's not so much to do with adapting to the weather, it's just that our seasons are opposite so our school year revolves around them

@tori: well it depends, highschools tend to finish early novemeber and start early february, but I'm in uni now so we have a longer break

Sakura_Madison 06-05-2010 08:47 AM

@ ToriKat:

I had gears which I have fixed the machine. D;

Had to lose 3 of them though. D;

@ slowtrain:

That make sense to things.

slowtrain 06-05-2010 08:48 AM

it's always made more sense to me that the school year be pretty much the same as the calendar year anyway xD

Sakura_Madison 06-05-2010 08:49 AM

Everyone in different parts of the world have different times of school dates.

slowtrain 06-05-2010 08:50 AM

yep, it's all to do with the seasons and when summer is
because no one likes to be in school during summer ^^

ToriKat 06-05-2010 08:50 AM

I think I would have preferred to have been off during November through February. All those holidays to celebrate with the family...

jupiter 06-05-2010 08:50 AM

For a particular region, sure. But we have maybe three or four months of summer; I don't want to be in school when we have so little daylight.

Sakura_Madison 06-05-2010 08:51 AM

@ slowtrain:

Yea, your summer is our winter. XD

@ ToriKat:

I do agree with you on that.

slowtrain 06-05-2010 08:52 AM

yeah, it's nice to have all that time off around Christmas...

@crane: I'd prefer to be in school when it's cold and maybe dark when I'm going home then cooped up in a classroom with bad air conditioning during the heat waves we get during summer

ToriKat 06-05-2010 08:53 AM

I've never been an outdoorsy person. xD I always stayed inside, read, drew, or played on the computer. So daylight and the summer weather never mattered much to me.

jupiter 06-05-2010 08:53 AM

Until you lived in a place where it's cold and dark most of the year.

Sakura_Madison 06-05-2010 08:53 AM

At least in the states, they do have Winter break.

That way everyone would be around for the holidays.

@ ToriKat:

I am the same as you are.

I do not go outside during summer time. I do burn easily.
