A fetish is a sexual attraction. Like someone with a foot fetish is aroused by feet. But Flink is using it in a joking sense, she isn't serious.

I usually just use gift bags to wrap gifts. They're easier to "wrap," easier to open, and you can reuse them a million times. Everyone's happy!
