What is the definition of towel dry to you?
Different people have different towel dry method.
Some wrap it for a few minutes and call it towel dry.
Some massage with towel and call it towel dry.

Yeah. XD When I finish rubbing my hair they stick up everywhere until I comb it down. XDDDD

I don't like air dry it because... it feels kind of sticky if I air dry it.
But if I blowdry it, I feel the hair is DRY.

Yeah, I finished my shower at around 11:30, and at 12:47 it was still partially damp. >_>;;

I guess it's because of the humidity here that it's more difficult to dry...
