It is a lot of fun, and while there are ups and downs, I love my job. When I work the lounge I get to chat with some real interesting people, play trivia games and all around entertain people and amp up the charm. The club isn't so fun though, as I rarely like the music they play and it is so loud you have to yell to be heard. There are also a lot more creepy people there.... ah well.

I don't really know. I like fruity girly drinks. When I can splurge a little on drinks, I'd rather go for a Malibu pineapple. Vodka pineapple is easy to order and usually cheaper since it's a well drink. Bars make me nervous haha. I've never had much practice at them... I'm the one that patiently waits her turn instead of trying to get someone's attention. |
It really is a great lounge, classy but not too much. We play a lot of jazz and classic rock, and everyone is pretty lax. It can be hard to find places like that.
You might like a Sunset Screwdriver then. Well, that is what I call it, at least. It is vodka, pineapple juice, orange juice and a splash of grenadine. If you like it a little less sweet, ask for a dash of lemon juice or a wedge to go with it. Typically it is not an expensive drink, but each bar is different, as some charge for extra juice. Another cheap but fruity drink to try is an Amaretto Stone Sour. It is Amaretto, sweet and sour mix and orange juice. Ah, a lot of people are like that at first, but if you do not let the bartenders know you are waiting somehow, you may never get a drink. In most places, if you rest your elbow on the bar and hold out our hand, it is a silent signal that you wish to order. You can also do that while holding a few dollars in your hand, which tends to get attention quicker. It also tends to work better than trying to yell or call out. |

It does, and like I said, the place is pretty classy, but it is by no means a high-class place. It is just more relaxed and refined than your typical bar.

I made Key Lime cupcakes yesterday. Saw the mix at walmart and wanted to give it a try. They were good but hey could have tried to make them more lime flavored. Love the color of them though.
@DJ Ive tried star fruit before. I dont remember it having much taste. Id rather have fresh pineapple. |

I usually get bacon, tomatoes, spinach lettuce, American cheese, pickles, banana peppers, and Italian dressing. It seems really gross but it is soooo yummy!

I just get what I like or what's cheap haha I looooove five dollar footlongs. Have you ever tried their veggie sub?? It does sound like much but it's delicious! I always get nine grain honey oat bread... Does anyone remember their seafood salad one?? I had it once but it was SO GOOD. |
