@ Maria - That is probably what I will do once I find where I put my ice/heat pack that I use on my knee. I just wish I hadn't lost the wrap that went with it. It made it so much easier because you just put the ice/heat pack into the pocked of the wrap and then wrapped it around your knee, ankle, or whatever.

Project Mene has been fun. This is the first time I've actually been a contestant and I'm doing ok so far.
