Ahh, my "Date & Time Option" is set to Eastern but it is not correctly doing the DST.
The forum time stamp is an hour off of my time here.

not sure. it does some weird things . i think the servers lagged at one point and the time got off. and its been slowly collecting seconds here and ther elike a clock that's batteries are dying and you have to adjust the time but its not really important enough to. like a car clock that starts on time and suddenly is 5 minutes off of real time. xD
