Vegetables or a baked potato is always great with steak. Usually I like to have roasted broccoli with something like steak or chicken. Broccoli us very tasty roasted. Just toss with a bit of olive oil and salt and pepper and roast until the edges start to brown.

I adore sweet potatoes baked and seasoned savory with garlic and black pepper. Sweet potato mash is also good, with feta cheese gently stirred in at the end. Yum! |
