well it does work on that whole general area i thinks... i can link you to the youtube videos i've been doing too. ^-^ I don't do any of them relgiiously but i've been slowly tightening things up. .

i got really unhappy when i gained 50 pounds because of pregnancy and couldn't lose it. it wasn't even my fault cause it was preeclampsia.

anywho. they're just like 5-10 minute things (except the yoga videos) and whenever i have the time its something nice just to do a little bit .

OK! I'm gonna do some squats at the gym tomorrow with some handheld weights and see how that goes.

I've just always been overweight. At least since around middle school-ish. I'm trying to get closer to the appropriate weight. I seem to be losing all my weight in my face/midsection, though. My arms and thighs don't seem to be going anywhere.

i haven't gone to panera bread since they screwed up my order 3 trips in a row. I got a burnt sandwhich with fridge cold bread. (seriously. how in the F?) the next time i got a not completely cooked sandwhich. and i don't even remember the third i've blanked it out and stopped going. But man oh man did i love this place before they started screwing up every time.
