Back. Why do shorter work shifts feel so much longer? I'm always more tired after a short shift than a long shift. And most of my schedule for the rest of this week got completely changed. Instead of opening tomorrow, I have to close, and instead of closing Saturday, I have to open. Not too happy. All my shift from today on were supposed to be with my favorite manager. Now, I only have one more day with her, but it's a combo with her and the store manager, so not the same.

My husband says I should stop working as hard. I'm always getting called in or my schedule changed. And it's usually after I've had to stay late, like Monday, and instead of getting more hours, I end up with less than I was even scheduled to begin with. I'm always getting screwed. But all the other employees are pretty shitty, honestly.

It's ok. It's life. It's just annoying. I wouldn't have agreed if she changed my Friday shift since I have plans Friday night. It's just date night with my husband, but you can't just change everything with no warning.
