Those Dr. Pimple Popper videos are crazy! And yes, I've asked myself the same question, especially when they show someone that has what looks like a second head growing on their back, or arm, or chest. Blegh. Things of a foreign nature like that are never left to fester and get bigger. Gross.

It's a totally morbid curiosity to see the pimples being popped and the stuff that comes out of them. Thankfully we can't smell what is coming out of these peoples, because there is most likely a smell.

This video, the guy had a bunch of grey-ish lumps all over his back. She cut so much skin out to get to the cysts. Disgusting. I'm like, "Where is his SO?" Someone must be seeing his back.
