Yes, please expand on this. Is it because the amount of hours you end up working is worth far more than what your salary is?

Yes. I worked as an assistant manager at Taco Bell. My salary was $36k a year. But I had to work 50 hours per week and only clock in for 40, which happens to be completely illegal. So, after adding up the additional off-the-clock hours and taxes being taken out, I really wasn't making much more than shift leads, who typically don't do much more than the regular employees.

It bites.
Our main facility was processing stuff for the other area before they would work on the stuff that needed to get out to us.
So we never knew when the delivery truck was gonna get there.
One day it would be there at 6:30 am & then the next it didn't show up until 10 am.

Wow. That's not good. We keep having different UPS delivery guys. One delivers in the morning. One delivers at night. We prefer getting deliveries in the morning, so we can process everything and put it out. At night, we need to be more focused on straightening the store and cleaning. We get freight Monday through Friday.

I prefer my hair lighter blonde than my natural shade. Or sort of copper red.
My hair always felt very damaged for a few years after I moved where I currently live. There is no humidity here. I'm from a very humid place. I never needed hair products besides shampoo. Now I need conditioner and masks....only I was too dumb to realize that until like last year. [gonk]

Ah. I live in south Mississippi, so it's really humid here. With my hair, I've always needed conditioner. I've never tried masks.
