It's a really really strange feeling. I think the concept is to get rid of puffy under-eye bags that people get. There's a beauty tip to stick a spoon in the freezer and then hold it on your eye bags to make them appear less puffy so im just assuming off of that

Hehe, yeah he does. :D He gets petted ll the time too.

When I made a family of us over here. my love and I had to laugh, because I had the sims all set up, his happened to be using the bathroom. I went into buy more to buy the water slide. next thing I know his sim is full tilt running to the water slide to use. All he could do was laugh and say that that was indeed something he would do.
