I usually start out by demolishing a lot. I never like the way their houses are built anyway. That way my new family can afford to move in. Then I start using the money cheat until I have several 100k and just start building and decorating. It's my favorite part.

I play it for setting up fantasy lives (partially with the game's features, partially in my head) and watching them happen.

I used to really like building houses in Sims 2 but Sims 3 lags a bit so it's gets annoying when I keep putting things in the wrong place.

yes. in all of the Sims games there is a money cheat and a code to be able to delete your Sim and when you bring them back they are at full health and happiness and such.

I'm awful at making houses in Sims 3! I use as many of the pre-made ones as I can. I have copies of the neighborhoods saved where all the pre-made families have been removed so I can use the amazing houses for my own families.

The most effective Sims 3 money cheat is motherlode. I have it modded to give 400,000 simoleons per use instead of the default… is it 50,000?
