You appear to be very interested in American high schools. I will tell you about the on I went to and why I decided to go instead for home/unschooling.
The food in the cafeterias was at best questionable. The food tasted synthetic, it was not healthy, often greasy, and whenever they served meat the local animals such as squirrels and birds would mysteriously vanish.
The girls formed cliques based on attractiveness and intelligence. The guys more or less stayed together even if they hated each other.
You could host chemistry class at the drinking fountains. The water was often crunchy and you had to swish it around like soup. In my next post I'll detail the faculty.

 most of the cafeterias are pretty awful. They serve pizza as a vegetable, and the food is a strange blend of dry, greasy and a little rotten (if you get the "fresh" fruits).
or at least that was my expirience.
on good days we got sandwiches which were OK.

The Spanish teacher was a psychopath. She would always scream and cuss at students. She would hide candy bars where school supplies should be and was in general sloppy. She even punched a student one time and accused him of trying to cut off her hand even though he was repairing her fan.
A few other teachers were simply grouches who hated the world. The school principle did as little work as he possibly could do. He would only get involved in situations when he was forced to do so. Other than that, the school was more or less an anarchiac-confederation in which teachers had to run the school and even at that they were limited to their classrooms and where ever they walked.

The students are not much better. They often did drugs and drank while in the school. They would wander the halls drunk and/or stoned. At least for the men's bathroom, the guys often didn't bother to use the toilet or urinal correctly and there would be feces and urine on the seat, the floor, the walls, etc. Walls were often covered with graffiti and one time a whole wall was covered with mustard. Students have even broken into the school several times to steal stuff or cause mayhem.
The hallways would look dank and depressing due to the dark green lockers and the lack of light. The computers for the computer room were late 80's/early 90's models (at the time it was 03/04). The gym's wooden floor was warped and rotted.

Yeah, some of that shit happened at my school too
but the bathrooms (girls bathrooms at least)
were usually just smelly and wet and kindof dark.
sometimes there was graffiti, but my school took a very hard stance on that one year and hired a bunch of handwriting analysis people to find the graffiti culprits.

The sad part is that the school I went to was not some run down inner city school. It was a school located out in the country.

I'm all into junk food so cafeteria food appeals to me. So bad but so good. Do you get desert and milk? Did you ever get sloppy joes?
We had the same case with cliques too. Guys just don't seem to care that much really. They'd still converse with other guys even if they hated each other.
We don't necessarily have gyms in australia. We usually have a huge slab of concrete with lines painted on them for basketball. I the past four years or so the government has given money to school to actually put some sort of shelter over them, hahaha.
Graffiti was a regular occurrence in my school. we'd go on holidays and come back to find all sorts all over the place. We'd never go to the lengths of finding a handwriting analyser. That's crazy!
and I think high school toilets are the same everywhere, theyre pretty bad experiences!
Are most American schools one huge building? Here our schools have separate "blocks" and are spread out. My high school was very prone to flooding in some areas which was a pain in the ass because I live in an area that gets a lot of rain so you'd think they would fix the flooding but no, every time it rains it flooded.
I miss high school.

Hi!
High schools here in America are huge, especially if you're in a big city. Elementary and middle schools are smaller.

The high school I went to had 3 buildings, which were all attached by either inside hallways or outside hallways, and was attached to the middle school (4th building) as well, and a gym (5th building).
But they weren't called blocks, it was art building, auditorium, and the 'classroom building' and the 'science wing.'
Middle school was just the middle school.
Hi Amane!! Hello azn cookie!

I succeeded once with blond and once with brown. I have the codes saved so I never have to go through that again. XD I save all my hair codes, though~ This color is a reused one!

It's probably virtually impossible to find a hair code again if you don't save it. XD
