I am so bad at randomly conversing and joining event hang out threads. That's my downfall to every event now. I just find it hard to jump in and think of things to say. Then people start to get their little groups and I feel like I'm intruding!
But to stay on topic, I have 2 :( I keep losing at the chance game too, haha! I'll keep trying though.

So I tend to jump in and make innocuous comments, totally unrelated to anything.

Jump in, choose a post that you are 'inspired' to response, then reply!

I never know whether we are meant to stay kind of on topic to the event or what?! I guess I'll roam around and see and hope for the best!

I'm from Gaia and everything is just so much more laid back per se and so it's just kind of chaotic but here it's more refined and so I feel like I need to act accordingly. Not saying that I don't have fun but I do feel I have to think about things before I say it which in a way is a bit better than Gaia. Is this making any sense? Probably not!

Of course, you should read the rules if you want to join in contests the threads are hosting.
But if it is basic chatting/posting, you can jump right in.
Oh yes, avoid the one that has [invite only] on the thread title. Pretty straightforward. XD

Oh of course! Though I don't think I'll enter any this time around. My baking and creating skills arent that good and I bet theres a lot of talented people on here. Are you going to enter into anything?
