Yeah :x The admins on Gaia aren't very good or professional at all. Plus, that site is insecure as all get out if people are able to be hacked so easily all the time.

Not that I've been there in years.

I just don't bother with Gaia anymore.

I have been hacked five times or more on Gaia. No joke, never knew who was doing it, but it was always the same person. I knew this because after so many times I recognized the methods taken and how they behaved, ect. The staff do not give a flying f either. Only twice was I able to get my account and all my stuff back. The other times they never replied. Never answered my questions, never cared. If I asked them about it they would tell me they were too busy for me. Made me sooooo mad.

Yes, I only got hacked one time... and never again... but luckily I didn't have much on my account... and I made my mule my main which I made the same time I had made my main. Well as a result you see we're all here now lol.... if only gaia had the same staff there like they do here at the time things would have been so much better.

@DJ - Yes a lot of people buy everything cheap and resell.... I was guilty of that at one time merching to make gold.... competition became unfriendly really fast.

I'm guilty of that.. I am a hoarder and sometimes vender. I will buy a wanted item in the MP and find a thread in the exchange wanting one and get more gold for it.. but on Gaia it is a Dog eat Dog world.

I didnt do that but I got tired of searching for something that was 20 gold and finding it only over 3000 gold.

I've actually never been hacked on Gaia before. And I had a lot of accounts. At least I don't think so XD I had a lot of items so maybe the less important ones could have been stolen. But I kept a list of all the items that costed more.

It really would have been. I miss the old days on there where owning a were tail and fox ears meant you were pretty darn cool..and everyone could only afford the cheap shorts and the store items that cost over 1k were a big deal..

Yea I remember guilds would pool their gold and buy all the donation items and artificially jack the price up so friggin high. It was ridiculous... I never did that... I raised it just a little to make a profit....

Then when booty grab came I quit merching and was already losing interest in gaia by that point... I may log in and play fishing because I used to be really competitive at that! It was hard! They added new fish in all the areas which made me interested for a bit again.

It's like on maplestory noobs ask for mesos and if you don't give them any they curse you out and defame you... which sucks because you need fame for certain quests... stuipid brats I can't stand them.

The weird thing on there now is I have some gold, but never really see anything that I want to buy. One the odd occasion that I do find something it is usually so outrageously priced that I don't buy it.
My favorite artist on there & on DeviantArt is gem2niki, I love her work. She made an item that they put in one of the rigs & she was concerned that no one liked the item because she didn't see anyone wearing it. The problem was we all loved the item, but Gaia made it such a rare item in the rig that no one could get the item. I still have it on my wish list.
I miss the old days of good evolving items. Now everything is a rapid evolving item & they seem so rushed that the items just don't really seem that appealing.

Yep. I am mostly done with Gaia. x) I will hoard and sell new evolving items.. and that's it. Pretty much taking the long road to get items I've always wanted.
