when she was having a mini strroke she kept rrepeating things to me
like she hadn't said them before.
i don't know if i should tell my father or just let it pass.

I would just mention it to him the next time you talk to him, but i wouldn't pull him to the side to talk about it. Does your mom normally repeat herself before the stroke?
