I don't know how much you will need to post... i have 38 feathers though.... pretty good rate, although i have no idea how much the items cost.

The Mayor will be the one giving out the Event Items. There won't be any clues this time around though; once you have enough feathers you can just exchange them when it's implemented tomorrow.

What they mean is you can use your feathers to get the gifts the mayor will be posting tomorrow, like with the winter event. he will post a new one every so often. But for the event commons, we have to use our hard earned gold. No feathers will be accepted for those I don't think. Poo. *Pouts*
