Well, if we'd donated more instead of buying stuff... You know. Meh, I think the Channah vs. Greed thing was to test whether we'd work towards a common good instead of selfishly spending on ourselves. I guess we failed that test. XD" I mean, why would we have something like that if there was no point to it? You notice Winter Blue had the most staff and they donated the most? Someone might have taken a cue from that to donate more instead of spending event currency, I guess. |

i guess so, but at the same time, the staff knew what would've happened, while the rest of us didn't? i don't blame a lot of people for doing what they did (spending instead of 'donating' to channah). i mean not all of the spending on the shops were selfish either. i spent some of my yarns for some friends that couldn't be active enough in the event. and i know i wasn't the only one. i felt that was more "giving" since i was actually spending them not only for me, but for some friends as well, instead of donating it to an NPC that doesn't have real emotions or "real use" of the yarn? ^^; that's how i saw it.
i also saw it this way, too: wth was the giant scarf going to be used for once the giant snowman melted? was the snowman going to be magical and it won't melt? i mean none of that was explained very well. even until now we still haven't gotten the result to that and it's been months since the end of THAT event lulz. /edit again lulz and for the record, at this point, i don't care if i'm viewed as "greedy" by the staff or anyone else lolol. i do my share of giving every once in awhile (or at least i have since last few events). so, i'll let anyone be the judge of that. it's their right. i just don't care about that "greed vs. goodness" thing. i thought it was a bit of a mean joke <--though i didn't really care enough for it to be all /OMG I'M HURT lolol |

probably a speculation, noners, but IF that truly is the case, then that's rather messed up XD; things weren't explained well at all in that event. it's not the users' fault for that.

Ah, right. XDD It would make sense, but I don't think that's really the reason. I mean, if it was, wouldn't the staff simply tell us instead of saying the event currency didn't fit into the plan? If they told us that, we wouldn't have to wait for the Winter event results. XD Unless they tell us afterwards and they're all LOL SURPRISE!

Well, I think if they'd told us in advance, it'd be like telling the participants in a psychology experiment, "If you do this, it proves you're messed in the head." And telling us after the fact would just get a "What the hell is this messed up crap?" response from some of the users. XD"
