It is possible, StrawberryOctopus, because my daughter has an account on Mene too, and I have a new mule as well. My daughter's account has been inactive for a long time though, as she doesn't play here anymore.
There is always a chance she will decide to come back again though. She is very fickle when it comes to her online life...she moves from site to site, then makes her rounds all over again, never sticking around one site for very long.
I would definitely clear it with a staff member though, just to avoid any complications later on.
