well, more of like do not have sex unless he's willing to handle the consequences. i mean just tell him that every decision he makes in general (especially sex), there can be some sort of repercussion/consequence anyway. i think kids at the age don't like to be told NOT to do something. just warn him and at least show him that you understand?
