Oh goody! I love to write. I think my main problem will be keeping it under eight hundred words since my average roleplay post is at least a thousand. That will be the true challenge. Well I have a free day in English tomorrow. I'll work on it then.

Red Cross Robbery: 139: 9:00 AM Collision We could travel through the sky We could travel, you and I Oh, such beauty is found in the lack of light. Curse the day, and love the night. The wax of our candles now wanes with the moon. Shh, my darling. Infinity is soon. Put on your blindfold, and grab my hand. Ignore the glass, and its grains of sand. The rain starts to fall, but can't hold down the smile. I stare with such care, I stare for awhile. A hand on your face, and my lips touching yours My mind starts it's racing, my heartbeat starts to soar I wake from the alarm clock, I'm disappointed yet again. My mind crashes on beaches, only dreams remain. February 14th will be a lonely day this year I lay back down in my bed and try to disappear : Umm... I hope this is the correct Format? I'd assume this would be in Tear Jerker, but maybe Anti-Vday? Not sure :[ |

Ohh? I assumed with a 800 word limit that it would be full of poetry. I spent 139 with that little poem up there. I can't imagine painting a very imaginary short story with only 800.
I write short stories, and 9k is an average for me, so I figured it was meant for poetry? Reading the comments, I think I may be incorrect in my assumptions? |

@Cami: Two of the themes are non-love related - the Lunar New Year themes. @Red Cross Robbery: Thank you for the entry. ^^ My initial reaction was that it's a Tear Jerker rather than a Anti-V-day prose. But I'll let you decide. I don't want to limit anyone, so I'm taking poetry and prose. In the past, we've had stories written with word limits of 100 and 400. It's possible! *nods* @Krokodil: Poetry is allowed. @LenGe: As stated in the rules, you can enter multiple times, but you can only win once. So there's no limit to how many you produce. There's just a focus on quality rather than quantity. |
