I'm thinking about buying a new jean skirt. My stepdad "washed" some clothes and ended up getting bleach on my favorite jean skirt.

My parents have been pretty good with the whole bleaching concept.
...but one of my friend's mom put a purple shirt in the load and bleached it...so half of the shirt was pink. xD And he had to wear it to school because he had no other shirts at the moment. xDDDD

I know.

My parents are usually really good about it and that's the only time something like that has happened. We're not sure how it happened.

I'm not really sure what it does...it just makes stuff white, right? oO-O?

Removes stains from certain clothing. :)
Basically strips color from something.

I don't use bleach either.
It makes whites more white but it kills elastic which is in most white things. lol
