well with mine it is pretty easy for now he is still in a crib so he is confined and can't get up to run around and he doesn't have a sibling to help keep him up ^_^

Mine will take naps at school, just not here. Of course, it could be due to the cool cots the kids lay on.

Sure, sure. I catch your drift. Have you cooled it yet? The first thing you do with such an injury is to cool it to prevent swelling and further damage.
