Now Flink, it's downright DANGEROUS to come off of your happy pills, the higher dosage you're on the worse. I'm on 50 mg of paxil and 3 days without it I go from headache on day one, one breakdown on day two, actively suicidal on day three, and by the fourthd ay I don't care about life and if forced to go take a bath I will put the bar of soap in the water and sit there for like four hours and only put a singular piece of macaroni and cheese in my mouth after much yelling at me to eat.

Thats how cora was in high school....she hasn't had an depressive attack quite as actively in a few years....but more then once cora tried to take her own life. My husband was my savior.....he used to for a few years when it was really really bad.....I was not allowed to be alone.
