I didn't have school because they called off yesterday and we got a few inches of snow. I just got a text message that we do have school today and it's supposed to snow more and stay frigid cold and we got a lot more snow. My school makes no damn sense...

my school was like that in agusta and i LIVED in the country where the snow got even HIGHER then in town it was like 'um no school can wait another day i LIKE being able to get home and not have to walk the three and a half miles because the buss can't reach it.'

Yeah, I have to drive about 13 miles, no clue what that would be in km.
but it's over a fairly mountainous terrain and my school isn't reasonable at all.
I probably will miss most of the day though. I didn't sleep thinking I'd have the day off. It's 6am here now and I'll need sleep for my class tonight that will last until 10:00pm...

Oh, they don't do that, if they see that people in town can walk to the school, they have school. There are people that have to travel over 60 miles to get there and they don't care.
