That's weird. My high school had parent/teacher conferences today and they're having them again tomorrow. I've been helping out my old journalism teacher -- I help the yearbook kids on their worknight -- I edit, help with design, make sure my teacher doesn't lose her mind... you know, the good stuff. XP I guess it's that time of year... OH I've totally worn my shoes! I wore them one nice day about a month ago when all the snow finally melted. Then I wore them again for my boyfriend when I went to visit. They are awesome. I want more! XD Too bad they're so freakin' expensive! Have you seen the spring Fluevogs? There are some really cute ones. XD |
Yeah, I had all those meetings because a ton of the teachers I work with decided to combine IEPs and parent/teacher conferences. GAH. They all went well so far. I have one left tomorrow, but it should be an easy one.
Nooo, I haven't looked at the spring line. I agree, while they are worth the money, I really wish fleuvogs were cheaper. They used to have a less expensive line (called moneywalkers). Wonder why they discontinued them. :( |

I was talking to Cough (journalism teacher), and she has a conference for her freshman daughter tomorrow. She says it's really strange being on the parent side of things. I guess it changed her perspective on why parents act the way they do. I guess her daughter is having issues and it's been showing in her school work. :sweat: I've been looking at the clearance stuff on their website, and it's much more reasonable. You just have to get 'em before they sell out. They had some sandals from the operetta collection that I really was tempted to buy -- they were like, $100 I think? Much cheaper than they were at full price. Man, I'll bet they discontinued the cheap line because they figured people would pay good money for good shoes. XD |
