Operation Combat Cupid! - Is anybody out there? *echo*
 

Some of you may remember our Secret Santa hangout last event. We had a lot of fun, and so we decided to do the same thing again - for every event. With each event things will change some, to fit theme, but will always be similar.

So the plan is to have a Valentines themed "Secret Santa" to share a lot of love. There will be more than that this time though, with some added contests and games. We didn't get much attention last event, but maybe we can change that still.

Feel free to look around - join something maybe - and just hang out with us. :3

This is the main focus of our event thread, the most important part. During the winter event, this was the traditional "Secret Santa". We exchanged gifts. Pretty simple. For Valentines, we're going to exchange Valentines.



You sign up. Other people sign up.
Entry is closed. Those who signed up get paired off using a random number generator.
You receive an inbox message, with the name of your person. You give your love!

Simple, right?
*Everyone will get someone different, and you will not be giving to the same person you're receiving from.
*All Valentines must be sent out by the end of the event - the sooner, the better.
*If you, for any reason, wish to remain anonymous, just send this mule (CherryLollipops) a PM along with the Valentine, and we'll make sure your person gets it.
*In the essence of Valentines, you have more options as to what you give this time. No wishlists, but use what knowledge you can gather to choose what your person will love most. This time, anything is accepted. You can send art, poems, stories, gold, or items. Anything you can think of, that you can spare, to make their day.

Tip of advice - keeping things like art request threads, quest threads, ect. in your signature, will help those giving to you know what you like best.

There are no rules toward what you wear, so just put on your best look. Nothing says your avatar must be Valentines day oriented, or Lunar New year - although festive avi's are always more fun.

The limit is 2 entries per person. Other than that, just have fun! I can't wait to see all the pretty avi's.

*First place - 250g + Any style of art you want, from GangsterGlam (fully colored/shaded) + A surprise!

Everything got cut down to last minute for Operation Combat Cupid and so we don't really have much to give away. While we can run perfectly fine now without them, all donations will be appreciated. In all forms, including art.

GG's Event Art Shop

To get some pretty commons.

Life has been kind of crazy lately, and thanks to it I missed a lot of the event. So, this is my attempt to fix that and enjoy the rest of the event best I can.

The commons are insanely cute and this event I didn't have enough to buy a bunch. So, I'm going to sell art to get them.


I do have other styles I'm willing to consider doing, but I'd prefer to focus on those two.

I'm also willing to make banners in exchange for commons. I LOVE making banners, so this would be great for me.



I'll take ANY event common in exchange for any art. Just post here, or send me a PM, with what you want and what you're offering. As I get commons, I'll list them here so you know what not to offer.
