So now you've had your exercise for the evening! I'm trying to do my tetris in between posting and firecrackers and chance.

well, its only down the hall, but yes. a wee bit of exercize!

That just makes me think of all the exercise I need to get up off my butt and do. I gained so much weight after being sick it's not even funny. I had lost ten pounds being sick, then I got put on the steroids and gained it all back, PLUS more! I ate everything that wasn't nailed down-I just couldn't get enough, and then couldn't stop.

wow! 0.0 i know I gained my freshman 15 and I can't stop eating yet I seem to starve myself a lot of times. I actually skipped dinner once. (twas too cold to go outside) but I haven't actually checked to see if I gained anything because I'm afraid what the scale will say.

I know what you mean, but I AM trying to lose it. I'm not going all out at the moment, it's just too cold to do much in the way of actually burning the fat off, but I'm trying to watch what I eat closely.

I was always too lazy to exercise and too hungry to diet. I fail at losing weight. mostly I'm eating more salad and when it gets warmer out I'll go for lots of walks.

You sound a lot like me. I dearly LOVE my food and I absolutely loath exercise. I am trying to start taking walks, but it's just too cold for me. But I'm trying anyway. Several years ago I managed to lose a lot of weight and get to where I wanted to be. Then had a few things happen and gained it back. That was back when ephedra was legal and I was taking diet pills with that in it. It worked great! Now the asses have made ephedra illegal here in the US and it sucks big time. I've had to change docs a few times for different reasons and my weight is my only real concern and I've told the docs that. They ignore me. My now doc (who I will be switching from for other reasons) completely blew me off and added insult to injury by saying we'd talk about it at a later time when he got to know me. He thinks I'm drug seeking. Me-who doesn't even like taking pain killers for when I had my tooth pulled and freaked out after taking two doses of tylenol with codeine too soon together after nose surgery. Yeah, thanks doc. Anyhow. I guess if you're not morbidly obese, they don't care.

hm, I guess so. I don't know what that drug is, but okay. I love to take walks and just think when its warm! or sit outside, but I just live in my dorm now. woo! 4am and I'm still awake!!!

It's actually an herb. I know-it's after five here. I really need to lay down and try to catch an hour or so of sleep. But I'll stay a bit longer.

alright, keep me company while I do my last drawing for the night! I don't thin I will ink it now because it will take forever since this one is almost all black.

I think I can manage that. I'm doing my tetris on this account anyway. Gotta get it out of the way for the day.
