We're constantly arguing about music actually because I don't really like a lot of his metal/screamo/thrasher stuff and he doesn't like most of my more mellow rock and everything...

Welll I don't know how cute it is, I don't mind listening to his music but I think he likes to use the headphones cause it's more like he's having alone time. Our comps are right beside eachother

Thulhu; Yeah, I know how that is. My bf and I have desks right across the room from each other, but our backs are too each other, so if we turn around we can see each others screens, so nothing is really private with us. That can be good, sometimes.

My bf and I just sort of park our laptops wherever the internet connection is best on any given day/night...

Yeahh, its very hard. xD We dont pry a lot, but theres always a lot of, "Who're you chatting with?" We cant help asking - we're both too curious.

Yeah, my bf gets all paranoid about people reading what he's saying when he's chatting with friends....which sometimes makes me paranoid when I know the friend he's chatting with is a female who wanted/wants to date him.

I'm safe there i only chat on here and he chats only on one forum that's kinds of a "guys forum" if you can catch any drift from that XD

Yeah...that is pretty lucky.

I think it's cause he's old and I'm not to chatty, he's 31 so he's not so big on instant messenger things

Ah, yeah that could be it.
My bf's constantly getting on to chat with friends (usually female), and I have a tendency to be a bit of the jealous type so I'm always getting worried...especially when I go to snuggle up to him and he immediately hides the chat window.

Yeah Kaderin I can definitely get jealous easy too, but hiding his chat windows? that sounds suspicious to me :/ ... I know there was a "Newly Wed, Nearly Dead" where the guy was flirting online

Triste; My bf is like that as well. We've had our arguments over it, and right its settled into something like, we talk about who were chatting with and what we're saying, but keep the actual IM to ourselves.

I don't know...apparently he says he does the same "hiding the window" regardless of who he's chatting with or whatever, but I still get suspicious...and I've tried getting it through that it worries and bugs me, but he just doesn't get it.

I dunno I've not really had a lot of boyfriends but I've learned just not to put up with that kind of stuff. My Fiance is super nice and understanding and I guess I'm spoiled.

I've had pretty bad luck with guys...my current boyfriend is probably the best I've ever had.
And he's pretty much always making me paranoid that he could be cheating.

That really sucks, Triste. Hopefully he'll figure out that hes making you paranoid. :[ But some guys arent worth the time, really.

Yes totally agreed, my friend is living with a guy who hasn't said he loves her in 5 months but is still sleeping with her and living with her! Luckily i convinced her she deserves better and she's going to move out

Stupid thing is, part of me wants to kick him to the curb, but part of me doesn't...because part of me is just screaming that I'm so in love with him.
