I was making instant ramen and I stupidly rubbed my eyes before washing my hands. xD Ugh.
And. I'm sort of oblivious, but I like to think I'm not actually stupid. :B I don't notice a lot of things until well after they happen. |
Oh that sounds painful. I once had a guy open a frozen bottle of water for me and the cap shot up really fast and hit him in the eye. That was scary.

Sweat in your eye can really sting.
You can also tell when it's two days later and it's still swollen and the pain hasn't eased at all. Oh, that little sucker can hurt. |
Oh ouchh... My biology teacher just got back from having surgery, because she'd fallen off a ladder and landed on a step, resulting in a broken and twisted radius. Her arm looked awful with this cast on it, and a bit of wire sticking out. Dx

I can't imagine what it would be like to have to have a bit of plaster encasing anything for an extended period of time. :\

I've broken that little toe four times, I've broken my left arm, and I've both broken and sprained my right hand. I've had stress fractures in my legs and I've had my head busted open when I was very young. That's enough for me.

Yikes! That's pretty awful. Aside from being clumsy and banging into counters/doors/walls/soap dishes, I'm pretty well off. o-o

The other day my mother made a fresh batch of chips and my brother ate it and a piece of rock salt was in his mouth and he tried spitting it out but he bit it and abit sprung up and landed on his eye...My mother never cooks with rock salt anymore after that o_o

It's really not all that bad. I'm more surprised that others haven't had at least one or two injuries. I did all that stuff all before I hit age 23. I really haven't hurt myself much after that except for the normal cuts and lots and lots of bruises.
It's 4:40 here. I'm getting tired, but I'm going to do my tetris first, then I'll think of getting an hour or so of sleep before getting my son off to school. |
That's good that you haven't hurt yourself this year... keep up the clean record!
