If it's something really good, I can inhale my food. But I slow it down considerably. And the more you slow it down the quicker you'll feel full, too.

what? eating slow makes you full?? I eat fast and I feel like I'm going to explode less than half way through a small meal. I can't eat fast anymore.

Eating slow lets you feel full faster. When you eat fast, you don't really pay as much attention to your body and when it's telling you "you're full", you miss the cue much more easily. It's a good tip to remember if you're trying to lose weight. As is to drink lots of water, and drink a full glass before a meal.

oh, that's what you meant. I always grossly overeat when I have to rush and feel really sick later. I never diet though its a good idea...

Ohhh, I never thought of all that! Sounds fun though, Keondre! I saw some previews for the new movie with I think it's Jonny Depp. Looks like it might be interesting to watch. I love purple though. I wanted to use the purple crystals from that one CI, but it doesn't go well with the mice, and I like the mice right now. I might change later.

I finally caught up in MOST of my rps so I can chat a bit before wings kills me because I still have a few more rps to go!

You really get into those rp's, Kat. I might have to try that one day. But I just don't think I could do it.

don't be like me and join something like 10!!! DX I'm so swarmped and tend to ignore my rps because there's just too many that I cease to care about them sometimes, but I was needed in the Portal so I can keep some chars. from killing each other. ^^

Oh, you're a peacekeeper! What an honorable thing to do :)! I can't imagine trying to keep up with that many alternative lives.

I'm so a writer! and some of the chars I use are the same or are ones I'm very familiar and have writen with a lot. its hard I guess, but never in keeping the stories or chars. all straight.

I could probably keep the characters and stories straight, it'd just be trying to BE in all of them, if that makes any sense.

An excellent idea. Just remember not to go so fast that you forget to enjoy it along the way.

That's good then. You seem to enjoy what you do. You even seem to enjoy all the school work you do, though it's always a lot and weighs you down.

I do not enjoy it!!! I do do it though...*sigh* I enjoy learning I guess and getting an education. at least I only get hw. in my art classes and bio. the other ones I ignore.
