Bloody Valentines </3 - The darker side of Valentines
 

Well there's got to be a dark side to this right? This shall be it..

I know I'm not the only one who has rather darker thoughts of the lonely days of Valentines when you're single on the couple holiday. Alas I am alone again, and I'm sure a lot of others are as well.

I even work on Valentines.. too bad don't get time and a half.

Last Valentine's day I had Bronchitis and something else I don't know how to spell, lol. It sucked...I didn't even feel like getting up off of the couch =p Much less celebrating anything.

A couple years ago my boyfriend dumped me a few days before V-day, then on Valentines asked out another girl he had dated before.

I've never really liked V-day mostly because I've always been single on it : ( But this year my other single friends and I are throwing an Anti-V-Day party. lol it should be fun.

I've been single since birth, but I'm not bummed about it. xDD;; If anything, all the people who have tried to get together with me just... complicate things. @[email protected];; And I have a pseudo-relationship of sorts with someone right now that's too complicated for words, so, yeah. >.>;; Not looking forward to Valentines' Day so much because of said complication. x_x;;

my boyfriend broke up with me two days ago
we had big plans for v-day and he just wasted his own money on a restaurant he booked for that night (horray for boys with jobs)XD

but a couple years ago i gave this guy i liked a card and he got a paper cut from it and never talked to me again ;-;
the paper cut was on his face somehow and he had a modeling job that day and flipped out on me -___-
(hes an american eagle model)

Ive never liked V-day for the simple fact of feeling like no one cared enough. Either that or being single :headdesk: :lol: But this year I have someone to spend v-day with. So I suppose it wont be as bad -shrug- :ninja:

I am not a fan of Valentine's Day at all. If you're single you feel all alone and unloved, and if you're in a relationship you then feel like you have to spend a lot of time and money on your loved one. Because everyone thinks that on Valentines Day the only way you can show your love is to buy flowers, candy, jewelry, etc. It's just a huge commercial trap!

I remember I was with someone during V-day once. He broke up with me two days later... -sigh-

I think Valentine's Day is stupid, but I always feel lonely on it... even if I am with someone.

I've never minded valentines day even though I'm 2 years-single now. I get into the spirit anyways.

I don't do blood and gore, but I luff you too Rusa and I want to come hang out with you in your thread so hopefully you don't mind me popping in and chatting. :heart:
