I don't like coffee, though sometimes I wish I did just because I quite like to sit in cafés, and sitting in a café drinking hot chocolate just isn't quite the same. xD Plus, some coffee drinks look so interesting and yummy..
I really like chocolate covered coffee beans though, and coffee liqueur. Mmm, White Russians... *drools*

Pancaaaaakes!!! I have an unhealthy obsession with them. They are my muffins/cookies. They keep me going. Especially oatmeal ones with some butter and sugar rolled up like lefsa. Gah! This is making me hungry! D: *Goes to make some pancakes* =3

I used to go to Costas sometimes because it was in Waterstones. I think Sunderland was the last city in the world to get a Starbucks, ours only opened last year.

I'm not a huge fan of creamy things, better just make mine a Black Russian ljos. ^_~

Hallo Sidorak.
Starbucks and Krispy Creame...:gonk: I swear that for a time I thought they were going to take over the world or something. XD

I'm not a fan of coffee myself. I can drink flavored stuff and coffee products, but even with cream and sugar I still gag on the regular stuff for some reason. O_o

'Ello thar! =3

Pie has a Krispy Kreme, but I don't.

I like my coffee black. I don't even like MSI but I always want to finish that with "just like my metal".

Yus! Oatmeal pancakes FTW! I could copy the recipe and pm it to anyone who is interested. =3 This would take a while though because it is in my personal cook book. :gonk:

Funny thing is I wouldn't even drink tea until I was 14-15. Then I wanted to be all English-y and fell for Stephen Fry. >.<

Kat: Just the vodka and liqueur? I haven't tried it, but it doesn't sound good. I didn't like White Russian at first, mostly because of the overwhelming taste of coffee and alcohol, but somehow I have become completely addicted to it. It's my favourite cocktail now.
I am itching to try a Sonic Screwdriver though! I just need to find that blue spirit with the weird name.. curac...something? It's got a lot of c's and vowels. :P

Pie: Mmm hot chocolate! I love Café Nero's hot chocolate - had some a couple of weeks back and it was just.. a tower of cream! Sprinkled with chocolate! I kinda finished the cream before I got started on the hot chocolate itself, which is probably why it was almost too rich to drink. >.>
And no. :( I went on Monday, was told I needed an operation to put a screw and some metal stuff in to hold it in place, stayed there till today when I finally went in for what I was told was going to be the operation.. a few hours after I wake up I'm finally told I didn't actually need it. So I stayed in boring, stupid hospital for three days - for nothing! I'm feeling slightly bitter and annoyed now.
I have to keep the cast for three whole weeks, but at least it's not six, like it would've been if I'd had the operation. *sigh*

I've never liked tea much either, though it was all they offered in the hospital between meals and since I couldn't eat for most of yesterday and Tuesday because of the anaesthetic, that was what I had when waiting for supper. I've never liked the regular-English-tea-with-milk-and-sugar but well.. when you're starving, I guess anything tastes good. I kinda like some herbal tea though.. might start drinking it more. I don't understand why all of a sudden it tastes alright when I've been trying it every now and then for years and never liked it. ô.õ

Ouch. Screw + Metal + Body = cringe x___o
Don't worry, three weeks will be over in no time ^___^

As odd as this may sound,Ljosberinn, sometimes after people recieve a serious injury,no matter where it is on their body, their taste prefferences sometimes change slightly. Frankly,I don't understand it and I'm not entirely sure the scientists and doctors do either but I've been told it happens quite often. The changes are usually very subtle though.

Curacao?

I'd be interesting in trying a Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster, just to say I'd had one. All of the recipes on the internet are different though. XD

I used to be a huge tea fan, my mum made me take all the tea bags from home with me so I have a shelf have full with boxes of tea I'm not that interested in any more. I prefer coffee now.

A white Russian would be good if they didn't ruin it by putting vodka in it.

It more or less does that actually. It's from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Pie: Exactly. Huge cringe. I'm glad I didn't have to have it done, even if I am vexed about spending so much time there without having to. And I'm worried it might be costly as well, I have no idea how hospitals work here, and if they work differently for me because I'm a filthy foreigner. I have a travel insurance card though...
And hot chocolate without cream? Tsk tsk tsk...

Sidorak, I'm.. not actually that surprised. Serious injury can cause weird side effects of all sorts, I bet. But.. I'm not sure I could call a fractured ankle a serious injury, especially when it didn't hurt more than it did. More like a serious annoyance. xD

Jean: But.. but.. vodka! It make everything.. better! /russianaccent

Kat: Yes, curacao! And.. they have recipes for that!? Eep, I have to try it! : D *rushes over to google*
