I second t hat! haha! I looove pancakes! And valentines day is a stupid holiday anyway cause the masses never include everyone it's always some one with a significant other. Well the way I've always done it is send cheesy grade school style valentines to my many siblings. give lots of kisses and treats to my dogs and indulge in all of the yummy goodness out in stores. I love valentines candy! yums! :P

Mmm pancakes. My family is more waffle oriented, but I like pancakes too. I eat my waffles with butter and syrup and sometimes powdered sugar. But I eat my pancakes, when I get them, with peanut butter and fruit jam or jelly. It's really good, but very filling. Lemon and cinnimon sounds really good though.

Waffles > pancakes for me too, but pancakes are still super yummy. X3

Screw Valentines day! Sure, I'm single (perfectly happy too! :)) but we're talking about PANCAKES HERE! So much better if you ask me! Ha ha.

As for Chinese New Year, that's cool. That means I can start the year all over again and forget about breaking my resolutions for my American year. lol I'll start fresh, Chinese style! :D

where i live, we have pancake day and the kids get out of school for it and we have all kinds of festivities. and it is on Feb 16, hahaha.
