No idea. I don't even know what I'm getting my degree in. Maybe Classics, I love it so far. But, you can do anything with an arts degree, it's not very specific at all. Even if I get a degree in classics doesn't mean I can't get a masters in political science. :3
It was amazing. It felt different there, very different. So funny how the whole city's wealthy was litteraly focuses inwards, and to be in Nyevsky Proskpyeck was amazing! So much history everywhere. And I don't find it hard, language wise at all. 6 conjugation tenses. Seriously.

I don't mind being around people, either, but it's when someone tries to start a conversation and I don't know them well... I can reply and try to make jokes, but it's all really forced and all I want is for them to go away and leave me alone. @[email protected] I'm trying to get over it, though. I think it's probably anxiety.

Talking on the internet is something I can do. Talking in real life is completely different, haha!

Yeah, I'm not exactly comfortable meeting new people and trying to carry on conversations. I'm more socially awkward than other people I know, but if I'm in a setting where I'm comfortable (like at a friend's house) and meeting new people, I'm totally okay -- social butterfly. But not out and about or somewhere I'm not really comfortable.

If I were you, I'd major in a professional school, where you can learn something that will help you get a job when you get out of school. If you major in Classics, the only thing you can really do with that is teach it eventually, after you go to teaching school. :yes:

But yes, you COULD get a masters in poly sci... True, true. And that would probably be more lucrative in the long-term.

Oh yeah, Russia has a pretty epic history! I can't even imagine what it'd be like to go there... Cool. :D

And only six tenses? WOW. That's not many at all! I think it's the letters/writing that throw me off mostly.

I can't teach. There's no way. An arts degree is a stepping stone, not a career path. But it means you get a job that is super specific to what you enjoy.
I LOVE Russian History!! If I could major in that, I would. I could tell you the brief history of russia if you wouldn't fall asleep. XD
But there's like 24 letters and they all have specific sounds. It looks a lot like Greek, actually.
