Rp with me for hearts?
Okay the setting and plot would be at a strange and mysterious forest that you can't seem to get out of. In it there is a water fall, a pond connected to the waterfall, a couple cliffs, a river, and a sandy beach by the waterfall and lake.
[[ yeah i know two are out there but its hard for me to join in with them not knowing where they are so i started this one.]] |
This sounds fun. Count me in.
[[ Thanks!]]
Rosa a simple pixie spread her wings. she was back in her homeland yet she can't get out anymore. Every time Rosa tried walking out of the forest fog seemed to bring her back into it. it was pretty much hopeless. |
Carmen, a young nature demon, had dipped her slender, clawed fingers in the pond by the waterfall. She was truly bored and wandered into this area somehow, but she missed her friends. Still, this area was nice and she'd love to make it her home.
Rosa wandered to the waterfall. lately many creature shave ended up in the forest. " anyone here?" she called out hoping for a reply.
Carmen looked up, hearing Rosa. "Right here." She said as she dusted some grass from her long hair.
" Hi Im rosa. what brings you to this forest?" Rosa asked while walking over quietly.
"I dunno." Carmen said quietly as she sat up. "I was bored when I came here."
From behind a tree Enahwyn peeked out toward the pond. It had been a long time since she spoke with anyone... she silently dashed toward a closer tree and hid behind that. Her ears strained to pick up their conversation.
" This forest or just the watefall? There have been a large amount of creatrue sbeing trapped here." Rosa said. rosa wa sactually one of the care takers of the forest who was baffeled of why the forest wasn't letting things out.
The tree creature giggled. Then caught herself doing it. She pressed flat up against the tree and began to fade into it.
"The waterfall." Carmen said. "My name is Carmen, by the way. Wait, what is that?" Her hearing picked up the giggle.
Enahwyn stayed faded against the tree trunk like a chameleon.
She scrambled up into the branches and several emerald leaves sailed down toward the pixie and demon. |
" I dunno probably one of the tree people. They often LISTEN In on conversations. I have met quite a few in my life. Oh eyah and my Name is rosa!" Rosa adressed smilign and also giggling a bit at the voice of the giggle. its funny when peopel try to hide thing. she thought.
Enahwyn bit back a smile. Laughter was an infectious thing.
Seemed these two were well aware of her presence but she wouldn't show herself just yet. Especially since the nature demon was new to the region. Enahwyn was wary of that. |
"That's kind of rude." Carmen said quietly. "But as long as they're neutral, I don't care."
" They uasulyl won't hurt people unless they feel thtreatened, or so i heard" Rosa said with a smile.
A loud scoff from the branches. Ugh!
RUDE!?! her thoughts raged I'll show you rude. An acorn whipped down toward the nature demon. It wouldn't hurt so she hadn't made a liar of the pixie but HMPH! |
Carmen moved her head away. "You're not exactly proving me wrong." She drawled.
" Calm down" Rosa said. she knew how to stop violence. he rpixie dust had magic properties so she could stun the demon if needed.
Enahwyn went wide eyed, though they did not see this.
Suddenly the tree creature laughed. A surprised and hearty chuckle. She slid down around the tree trunk, slowly fading in to sight and she did this. "No. I suppose not." She agreed with a note of laughter still in her voice. The tree creature stood before them now. She was dressed in little else than a filmy white gown. Tendrils of ivy wove their way up her wrists. Her hair was a tangled mane of blonde and white and shocking strands of green that also looked like ivy. She bowed deeply and all that hair covered her face. "I am Enahwyn of the Rowan, Willow and Ivy clan." |
"Don't worry, Rosa. I wasn't going to hurt her." Carmen said quietly. "I'm Carmen De Hoyos-Gall." She picked some more grass out of her long, black hair.
Enahwyn came up from the bow and quirked up an eyebrow at the demon's casual assumption she could take Enahwyn in a fight. The tree creature let it slide. There was no need to pick at it especially if they weren't planning to really find out. "Rosa," she sounded breathy "I knew your mother sometime ago. Is she well? And you father?" She regarded the demon, "I can not say I have met many nature demons, forgive me for that. It would be polite however to inquire as to the health of your parentage. So I ask you this question as well."
"My mother's fine, but my father died when I was 3. He tried to control her, that's what I remember. Then she killed him." Carmen told the tree spirit. She had grown up for about fourteen years without a father, so she was used to it. She really hoped that they didn't look at her with pity or scorn, which a lot of other urban nature demons had done.
Treading carefully, she did not want to say the wrong thing... "I admire that your mother refused to be held down." A squirrel chittered overhead. "Yes, yes I will ask." She said waving lazily at the furred creature. She regarded Carmen again. "I do hope that it was not particularly graphic? Or that you did not witness it."
